GxP Systems Launches Graduate Recruitment Program to Extend Growth
Cork, Ireland – October 4, 2011: GXP Systems, the leader in the provision of regulatory compliance consultancy and project management services, has announced a new Graduate Recruitment Programdesigned to attract top class engineers to the company. The program is targeted at new graduates who wish to gain experience working with international life sciences companies in Ireland, Europe and the U.S.
The three-year fast-track program for graduates targets those who qualify or are about to qualify in an Engineering, Technical or Computer Science discipline. The company will provide rigorous on-the job training by industry experts which will include working side by side on client projects with existing GxP Systems experts and o ne-on-one mentoring. New graduates will be able to launch their careers by quickly gaining knowledge and expertise on the job.
"We have grown our team by over 60% since January 2013, and will continue to grow rapidly in the regulated market," says Grainne Killilea, recruitment specialist at GxP Systems. "While we consistently attract high-level employees, this new recruitment program will enable us to extend our growth by attracting a new wave of young technicians, engineers and scientists to work alongside our existing project teams."
For the short term, this program will enable highly educated, capable graduates to stay home rather than leave the country to find work. In the long term, this program helps ensure that the next generation of engineers are ready and able to perform the specialized jobs required in these industries.
The company will launch its Graduate Recruitment Program at the Cork Institute of Technology (CIT) Career & Postgraduate Options Fair on October 4, 2011. Recruiters from GxP Systems also will be in attendance at various universities and colleges throughout the year.
Adds Killilea, "Our project teams continue to work on ground-breaking projects, mainly in the medical device and biopharma areas. With strict requirements of compliant regulatory practices and processes in these industries, we are actively recruiting highly motivated, focused graduates for our next phase of projects."
